Gustora is one of the few companies in the world to use the ancient artisanal production methods to recreate the true essence of pasta. It is a fine example of excellence through Italian DNA and Indian knowhow. No white flour or any other material is mixed. In Gustora bronze dies are used for Pasta extrusion. This gives the pasta desired roughness & texture for perfect sauce absorption. Once extruded, Gustora Pasta is dried using controlled temperature in hydraulic cabins for 18 – 22 hours. The slow drying ensures that the pasta does not break/stick & retains its shape. Also, due to its artisanal methods of production, Gustora pasta retains all the nutrients with its aroma & is very rich in fibre & protein.
